DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY/time/effort. received a gift certificate and basically the gifter wasted $425. sent in foot shape but then zero communication after multiple tries on getting follow up, etc.. reported them to BBB.

Shoes were way too short. Custom! Sent them back and never heard another word from them. $$ down the drain.

Took a train all the way to Boston from NYC to get measured in person after months of trying to contact him.  Promised me 6 weeks to make. Five months later got boots that were way too big in the ankle and heel, only after asking for my money back,  totally slipped on ankles and hurt my feet.  Poorly made - lining falling out.  After a month of trying to contact him he asked me to send em back.  We decide to go with sneakers because maybe easier to make those fit than high tops - he makes the wrong model (I asked for board lasted, he sends slip lasted), after 5 more months.  All the time ignoring multiple phone calls, emails, texts, facebook messages.  The new shoes apparently gave me nerve damage in my toe - which i went to him to accomodate my unusually big toe box necessities.  And still slip in the heel.  I email saying these are injuring my feet and want my money back since twice you can't get it right and the infuriating and DISRESPECTFUL customer service.  If you have a bunion but basically normal feet, maybe he can help, but not if you need serious custom shoes.  He's way more interested in his Victory Sportswear line of off the rack shoes than in his custom customers.  Expect to be treated like trash.  And I expect he'll post a response on here, "I dont recall a customer named Peter P."

The only shoe that fit! I have had 1 pair for 15 years. Just getting them resoled every so often has worked.
