Should look elsewhere and find someone with better professional manners. This attorney literally hung up on me because I was asking questions. Never experienced this in all my years of dealing with attorneys.

Recently bought a home and Jon was the sellers attorney. Jon delayed our P&S due to the lack of communication on his side with our attorney. He never wrote the P&S our attorney end up writing it and send it to him. When we told the listing agent he told us that Jon is old school and he is not surprise if he doesn't check his email. When we saw the fees that he charged the listing agent our attorney told us that they charge halve of what he is charging to represent the sellers.
