        This is a good Marriott Residence Inn. The location is in a business park so it means no shops that are walkable. The rooms are usual standard for this brand and everything worked well. There is ample parking.

        I have been living here at Residence Inn by Marriott for two (2) months now. The 1 and 2 bedroom units have been conftable and the friendly staff is very diligent, friendly and respectful. I heard Marijuana users also get kickoff for breaking the smoking policy. We saw a cop from a far and were impressed. Smokers Do have a place to do that outside the rooms. Overall we were confortable here. Also, there are few amenities. An outside pool, a tiny gym is there thats it. the bare minimum. Food however is good.

        The bathrooms are disgusting and there are cig burns on the mattress. Rooms: The bedrooms dont have doors Noteworthy details: Disgusting and unclean bathrooms

        The bed was awful and uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The couch was stiff and uncomfortable as well. Location of room was noisy from other guest. Fireplace didnt work and nothing on website that it didnt work. Doors and windows are very drafty. No dish soap had to run dishwasher for 2 plates and glass.

They are given one warning and the second time we have the police assist us. Quiet hours start at 9pm and we expect that all guests are respectful to this.       Thank you for staying with us at the Residence Inn by Marriott Danvers. We apologize that you did not have an enjoyable stay. Your feedback is very important to us and I used guest comments for trainings. Sadly, our fireplaces were closed down 2 years ago due to a fire our ownership experienced at one of our Residence Inn's in Atlanta, GA. The fire marshal declared our fireplaces unsafe. As for the doors and windows, I have reported your comment to the maintenance department. Also, as for dish soap, we have them at the front desk as request only.
