        Disappointed with the customer service. They treated my wife and I like we had leprosy. I tested positive for covid and my wife tested negative. We disclosed this information and requested that if a double bed room was available, we would like to switch. This would give my wife a better chance of not getting covid from me. The lady at the desk jumped back as if my wife was going to infect her. She said this is something she could not accommodate because then she would have 2 rooms with covid. This response was completely ignorant and unprofessional. As a law enforcement professional who has served for 25 years , I am once again disappointed with the people in which I have served and protected.

        I have stayed at places with better ratings but this place was better. Clean, quiet, pet friendly and great staff Noteworthy details: My dog was very well treated

        The place was clean. Some reviews say otherwise, but as an elite status rewards member of several hotel chains, I have stayed in quite a number of hotels and this was one of the better ones. The overnight front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. This is only four stars because I asked about availability for late checkout as a Platinum rewards member and it was agreed per the discussion at check-in that we could have until noon the next day rather than 11 AM. Unfortunately at 11:20 AM the next morning, the cleaning guy came through knocking on the door, and then another staff member at 11:45, and they were rather rude until we informed them we had the late check-out arrangement to which they said the other shift didn't indicate such. They gave us no issues or hard times about it but it was a little annoying. Also, we had a broken closet door in our room that kept coming off the track. But you could tell from the smell, the room had a fresh remodeling job, so they are trying to keep things updated which is good. I'm comfortable enough with this place to stay again.
