Don't have enough good things to say about Ideal GMC, or their top class service. Excellent experience buying a car. We hopped over to Ideal after visiting other dealerships in Frederick and a bad CarMax experience. They had the vehicle we were interested in pulled out in front of the dealership, ready for us to check out. The sales person, was highly professional and the rest of the staff were great, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Highly polished and very customer-focused. The General Manager even made sure to make an appearance to introduce himself, ensure our satisfaction, and that our needs were met - absolutely blown away! Do yourself a favor and visit Ideal for an "Ideal" experience.. We will definitely be buying another vehicle from here again. Keep up the good work!!! THANK YOU!!!
