We have been so pleased with our experience at Gateway. Our daughter started in kindergarten and the small class sizes, individualized attention and emphasis on communication has made a huge difference. They are always available to address concerns and our input feels valued. Highly recommend!!

Our son has attended Gateway School for over 5 years. He started when he was almost six years old and was only speaking in one to two word phrases. Within a year at Gateway, he was talking in sentences. Gateway School gave our family (and him) the most precious gift. The small class sizes and excellent staff provide constant positive experiences for our school. They care about the whole child and ensure that he gets everything he needs educationally, socially, and emotionally. The staff also goes out of their way to assist our family with guidance and help for his hours outside of school. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this school.

As a former employee, I really did not feel certain staff where treated fairly by management and other teachers. On numerous occasions, I have heard my name in a negative way while being in a bathroom next to someone office. Understanding everyone is entitled to their own opinion, however it lacked professionalism to have an open door conversation so loudly about your staff to where people passing by can hear it. I unfortunately have been the recipient of hearing such conversations about myself in what I wore, how my hair was, the conversations I would have in private to my teacher, and more. I have had assumptions being made about my personal life being brought up in meetings from management in regards to how I performed, which was totally inappropriate and a boundary that was crossed for myself. Any new idea I brought up to the teacher about what could help with my child was instantly shut down, on way more accounts than one. Yet, towards the end of my time there, the same ideas I brought up in the beginning where now being implemented with someone else taking credit. Having any type of voice, even respect for yourself, if it goes against management, make you automatically a target. I stayed a lot longer than I wanted to simply because of the kids and some of my coworkers who helped me through a lot of hard days. I definitely havent been so uncomfortable, and upset at a job before like this one.
