Taco day from he** Made reservations 900 got here and sat down little no waiter I had to get up multiple times to ask for water and make an order. Finally ordered at 935. Not one person came to check on us or bring our food 1043 now and literally nothing. So I go ask the waiter/bartender again and yup my ticket was lost so the food was never made and now my order is at the back or the line. With no time it will be done. The disrespect

My friend and I went the day before cinco de Mayo and this was our experience: Our waitress Mya was great but the other staff at first did not want to seat us because they were reserving tables, apparently they had a 20 top coming. At first they wanted me and my friend to sit at a table with other people so we asked to sit off to the side (at one of the reserved tables) our waitress and the other staff argued for a minute then we sat down. They were also turning a lot of people away for this reservation which wasnt coming until 9 pm and we got there around 7. The presentation was nice but the food was mid- the house special dip was queso with 3 meats, and it was bland. We had to add salt, pepper, and pico to make it taste better, my friends chicken nachos were good though. I tried the birria tacos and they were ok but I dont think I would get them again, and we also had margaritas which had a good amount of tequila. The only thing that saved them in my opinion was the music and the customers were dancing and having a good time.

Good Vibes Cantina is indeed a vibeee! Music was fire (if you dont mind it a little loud), atmosphere and decor were so cute, and the food was hot and delicious. The service however, lacked (due to what seems to be a lack of servers) as we experienced long waits in between ordering and receiving drinks and food, as well as not being properly tended to throughout our meal. Upon being seated, we waited about 10-15 minutes before our initial drink and appetizer, then about 20 minutes later we received them. The second round of drinks were missing the extra steps/aesthetic pieces we saw in the first round. About 30-40 minutes after ordering our food, we received it. It was hot, delicious, and visually pleasing. It was worth the wait for the most part, but the service lacked hospitality (even though there is an 18% gratuity fee added for parties of 4 or more). P.S. Please provide serving plates for apps. We had to ask server for napkins. P.P.S. Whoever was playing music is a goat!
