I cant rave enough about how great Nick R, Toby and Kenny made this first time experience. If I could give a 10 star review I would! We flagged Nic down in the lot a few weeks ago while checking out campers. He was clearly busy but graciously took down our info and said hed get back to us if anything popped up. We were totally expecting multiple sales calls but received none! We made a decision that week and returned to the lot to look at our choice, went inside, Nic was with another customer so we spoke to another gentleman whose name I wish I could recall. He answered every question we had and told us to call on Monday and leave a deposit. It was the easiest process ever. Toby who did our walk around was very thorough and we appreciated that he recognized we had done our homework and were familiar with most of the attributes. Kenny in finance was also terrific! No pressure whatsoever! He reviewed my financials, realized my credit worthiness demanded a lower interest rate and worked to get the bank to go lower. They made it a truly positive and exciting experience. Thank You!
