Made two appointments and both got cancelled after waiting around for them, update - a technician ended up coming later that night to pickup the water sample and results were provided promptly , the owner was very apologetic

I was initially frustrated with this company because it was difficult to reach them, we had a no-show appointment, communication problems, and when we finally got someone out to the house they said our system was discontinued and that we would have to buy a whole new system. BUT after talking with Tom about these problems he bent over backwards to make it right. Our happiness was very important to him and his company. They ended up giving us a huge discount and very patiently answered all of our questions. I would recommend this company to others. In the end, they did a great job!

We had just replaced our hot water heater and pressure tank because we could not solve the bad smell coming from our hot water. We called The Pure Experts because of their outstanding google reviews and Cole came out to test our water. Turns out we have some issues that a new water tank cold not solve and will have the Pure Experts take care of it. Cole was very smart and explained all of our options. He found a best solution for our situation and took a lot of time with us to answer questions. He was a fun guy to talk to and extremely knowledgable about well water and all the challenges that come with living on the coast. We will get our new system in about two week so and will keep you posted on our progress.

Tom and his crew were very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. They installed my water filtratuon system quickly, neatly, and even put everything where I wanted it to go, which means they LISTEN to the customer. There price was great and they honor veterans with a nice discount. I highly recommend Tom's company!
