Excellent service. Rebecca B and Kelly E were graciously professional and provided quality assistance to my family member from out of state. Noah was very knowledgeable and personable while assisting my family member. I recommend them without hesitations.

Absolutely the worst bank Ive ever had. Their credit cards are great but avoid their retail bank like the plague. Fees constantly and no interest on savings. Transferring money online was broken for months, had to use physical checks in branch. Use literally any other local bank if you need a physical location, otherwise stick to online banks or brokers like fidelity, which has free checking and debit. This bank makes money off your money and charges a fee on top, dont fall for it.

This is not our normal Chase but we were closer to this one one day recently while we were out running errands. We had to run inside to deposit money and for a money order. When we walked inside we were greeted by Netty (I believe shes the manager). She was very kind and professional. She directed us to Noah, our teller, who helped with our transactions. He was professional and helpful as well. While we were standing there, I got something in eye & my eye started to water & Netty noticed & offered me a tissue. When she noticed I was still having issues after a couple minutes and the problem was getting worse, she led me to the private restrooms so that I could take care of it. I thought this was incredibly kind and exceptional customer service. When I came back, she checked on me and I really appreciated it! I highly recommend this location. Very professional staff and clean facility as well.

A very stable website and mobile app to do your banking. I would start with Chase as long as you can and treat her well
