Thank you for your review! We are sorry you feel that way, but we are not in the business of scamming anyone. In our defense, when you test drove and purchased the first car it had no leaks and ran great, and you said so yourself when you called that day, that you didn't have any problems until "my car just blew up" in your own words. Out of the kindness of our hearts and to do good business we put you in another car, helped you with your kids while you were at the dealership on a test drive for the second car, moved your grocery from one car to the other and gave your child snacks and drinks. The tow truck driver stated there was a trail of oil on the exit ramp he towed you from in Texas. When we examined the car, it appeared something hit your oil pan from the bottom of the car and busted it. We are not responsible and can not take the blame for something we did not do. You definitely wouldn't not have been able to drive the first car for a week if the oil pan was busted when you purchased it. Again, we are sorry you did not have a great experience and wish you the best in the future.
