        Fast and friendly service, clean location. After trying another location, with no luck, I rented a 20 ft truck and appliance dolly. Very friendly lady working the counter and truck was clean. Easy return too.

        i have no idea why this location has such low rating. i called and asked a bunch of questions before showing up in person and both employees that helped me (brittany and i couldnt catch the name of the other one) were kind and extremely helpful. not only did they take care of me, but i witnessed both of them handle an irate customer ahead of me very professionally. if i ever need a u-haul again, i will be returning.

        Don't rent from here. Charged us for a 10ft for just 5 hrs for over $100+ . First number they gave us was $35 online then they made it $75.. Then even though we refilled they totalled us an extra 65$. They are ripping people off.
