I called other shops and was told they don't work on the model truck I have, period. Mike at Joe Rachal took the time to ask me a few questions about the problem, told me to get it to them and let them look at it, they had me up and going the next day at a very reasonable cost, I am very grateful for the folks at Joe Rachal Transmissions, I highly recommend them.

Wouldnt recommend them paid them 2700 to rebuild a 4l80e & they just mounted transmission & wouldnt finish the hookups because I had a 4l60 original in the truck & took it to another shop & they finished the install & the tuned it & went to drive it & said transmission was slipping & said it looked like a junkyard transmission & was never rebuilt.they only refunded me 2375.also the charge me 400 for billet torque converter & it wasnt.I am extremely disappointed. Not only did they get me another trans, they were fair, friendly, and quick!. They SAVED me money! Mike always kept me informed throughout my repairs, and I never worried.
