5/30/2024 After attending a Memorial Day Service, I started thinking about my mom and how I was unable to be at her ceremony. I checked my email and I was able to find a link to order a hardback Keepsake Book with photos compiled and given at the Funeral Service. I also contacted Rose-Neath and after verifying my identity they were able to provide me with other documents that I need for my files and to order keepsakes in the future. Thank you very much! My mother recently passed and Rose-Neath handled the services for my family. I was unable to fly home for the service. Destiny & her associates handled all the paperwork to help us during this time of grieving. The process was so smooth because of their caring & loving yet professional demeanor. They even followed up with a text a few months later to check on how I was dealing with the grief. Thank you for the kindness; it really made my day.

Horrible experience. I had to call them everytime for an update for my babys death certificate and kept getting excuses. Took about 6 months until I got my babys death certificate. They forgot to send it to the LA statistics data place because when I called them they said RoseNeath didnt even turn in the paperwork stuff yet after about 6 months. Didnt even ask if I was going to keep my babys hospital clothes after they cremated her and never asked me about it.
