Recently I was struck by a vehicle while riding my bike. I had seen advertisements for Bike Law and had heard positive things from people who had dealt with them in the past. Charlie Thomas guided me through the process, provided sage advice on the issue and overall was a tremendous resource. I was able to get the resolution I had hoped for from my incident and am completely satisfied with the outcome. Hopefully I wont need his services again, but if I do, first call will be to Mr. Thomas and Bike Law.

I got doored on my bike and broke my foot badly in December 2022. In my state of shock I was unable to get any information on the car that hit me, I felt as though there was nothing I could do, and I was going to be out of work for months. I found this law firm on the Bike Easy website and, without much hope, contacted them (might as well try right?). Charlie and his team gave me hope and kept me updated throughout their very thorough investigation! A year later, I got amazing news that I am receiving a (rather large) settlement! If you are in a bike accident and are considering hiring him, please please do yourself a favor and do it now!! I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't contacted Charlie, thank you so so much!

Charlie may be one of the most attentive attorneys that Ive ever worked with. Very detailed oriented, and really fought to make sure I got what I deserved. This firm actually cares for their clients, and I will be referring friends in New Orleans to them.

If youre reading this review, you found the team you need. Unfortunately, a bike accident will change your life. It only makes sense to have The Bike Law team on your side thru the process. Charlie fought for me legally and financially to get the right medical attention I needed after my bike accident. I now have a replacement bike and back on the saddle.
