        I ordered a 1 piece rim with hub and shipping was delayed because of unknown reasons to me. I contacted them via the phone number on the website home page and the woman with customer service was very helpful and nice. She got them to send me a 2 piece rim with hub flange(more expensive, charged me nothing for the upgrade)in place of the 1 piece rim. It was sent the very next day. Great customer service. The 2 piece rim is very sturdy, as well as straight and true.
