Gary and Rick did an amazing job doing soft wash on our house, gutters and the bluestone on our patio today. It looks amazing and I will definitely use them again. They even helped me move all my patio furniture back on the bluestone so I am ready for summer!

Spotless doesnt deserve any stars. They are dishonest. They use Xactimae Software which has the stranded national pricing already set and they increase pricing above industry standards. They will take advantage of you when you are most vulnerable and bill you to the max!!!

Caleb and his crew did an amazing job cleaning the exterior of our home, especially on the aluminum upstairs veranda. Their process restored it to its original condition without high water pressure risk to our house. Windows, siding, side walk, driveway, and the entire exterior are sparkling clean without subjecting our home to high water pressure battering. Thanks guys!

Let the buyer beware. Clearly communicated that any work done that was outside the scope of the insurance be priced out before it was completed. Spotless charged $5800 not covered by the insurance after the work was completed. I would highly recommend finding a more reputable company to do business with. In addition to deceptive business practices related to billing, they also misrepresented that they were an approved vendor by our insurance company. After having these issues, we discovered that not only are they not an approved vendor, but the adjuster indicated that he had other customers who had these same issues. I found similar issues for Spotless reported to the Better Business Bureau. I recommend finding another company with a commitment to honesty to do business with.
