Jason Jackson - State Farm Insurance Agent

I cannot say enough kind words about Jason and his team. My wife and I experienced some flooding in our basement and filed a claim online. Unaware of what my next steps were, and with a pipe spraying water into my finished basement I called Jason for some advice. Not only did he give me excellent advice towards advancing my claim, he also gave me an incredible referral for a water damage and mold mitigation team who were at my house almost as soon as I got off the phone with them. They got to work right away mitigating the damage quickly and efficiently. Having never filed a claim for my home before Jason went above and beyond to make sure my home was taken care of. When trouble inevitably arises it is a great feeling to have a team of dedicated people there to help and provide resources, that's precisely what Jason and his team did for my wife and I.
