We purchased a casket for our mother and it was delivered to the funeral home on time. It was very pretty and we appreciated the service they gave us. Thank you so much in our time of grief.

I wish I could give this company negative stars because they do not deserve not 1! But for the purposes of this review, I will oblige. #1 We had an appointment to meet with them on Black Friday last year and the owners were out Black Friday shopping and dining so they had someone else meet with us. However, this person did not know the companies products and services and could not answer our questions and had to call the owners, Rod and Chandra Davis. That should have been a red flag for us, but when you're grieving over your loved one, some things you just want to get over with. We picked out my grandmothers headstone and gave a $500 deposit. I even drew up the design in the office because their associate could not. We were told the design proof would be ready in 10-12 days. They sent the wrong information to the supplier, not sure how this happened since I just said I drew it up myself exactly how we wanted it and we didn't get the draft within the 10-12 day time frame. We're in December now. They, Rod and Chandra, never communicated that the supplier was on holiday break, which is understandable, but never communicated. When inquiring about our purchase, Chandra tends to get very unprofessional and ghetto in her responses to us. She likes to use ALL CAPS and a lot of !!!!! and red font color. We've all been taught proper & professional email and text etiquette. They also do not like to receive text messages, but their cell numbers were given out to use to communicate. So how do we communicate if you don't answer your phones or emails? Now its January and its a problem with the vase we ordered and the placement. They told us it would cost extra to have it in the front, something their uninformed associate or them never mentioned in the meeting in November. We were not paying another dime so we decided to have the vase on the side as an alternative. Still going back and forth about the design that I drew and even created on my computer with shapes from WORD and they still sent in the wrong sketch. I repeatedly asked if they QA'd the sketch and product before sending to the customer and they said yes, but clearly they don't as we didn't get an approved sketch until March 13th of this year! We went back and forth more times than I want to count! We started the friday after thanksgiving in 2018!! Rod and Chandra aren't on the same page because while Rod was more professional, comforting, and willing to compromise about the vase and even told my father so, Chandra was not - she's all about money and not humanity, so Rod cowardly bowed out of his commitment to my father. Weeks after we paid the final installment and gave the go ahead to complete the headstone, they came back with they needed an additional $300 to lay the foundation. Are you kidding me right now? This was never communicated from the beginning, all they said was we needed to contact the cemetery and get the foundation laid, in which we did. My father and cousin laid the foundation themselves and asked Rod for the dimensions. Rod gave my father the dimensions and I knew they sounded sketchy so I asked him to ask again. His answer didn't change. Here it is May 10th and the headstone was just delivered in such a hideous manner. Guess what? NO VASE!! and the base isn't even wide or long enough to encompass a vase!!! The foundation doesn't match the base of the headstone either! My grandmothers picture looks like it was glued on with super glue and it left a circular residue, and its crooked!!! It's also scratched up already!!! This is unprofessional, inconsiderate, and deliberate. They wouldn't want their loved ones headstone to be this messed up, why do they think we would? I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS poor establishment. Take your money elsewhere! They call themselves "Christians" and this is their ministry. I pray to God, they don't claim him their Lord and Savior because, my God doesn't do people or business like this.

I have all emails & text messages to back everything! This was their response: Update.... The die will be replaced, in the meantime the vase has been added to the monument as stated.  The owner contacted Rod and he was grateful for the response. This sounds like a personal attack. We have supplied monuments to our community for almost  11 years and never had anyone to attack our business or character as you have.  I  would like to respond to each of your concerns. However, because of the untrue statement listed, I will not try to change your feelings or emotions.  We are approaching 11 year history in our community with satisfied and appreciative customers. We sent your email and review to our supplier ( who produced the monument, photo and vase). The supplier closed at 5PM Friday and your review was sent after the close of business. We promise to be in touch as soon as we discuss the issue with our supplier.  As for your personal attacks, nothing in what you  said is true. But, our word and our work speak volumes for who we are and what we ddo!  We are rooted and grounded in love and not shallowness. We apologize for the issues and we promise to be in touch and resolve the issue as stated in this response.
