    Small businesses beware.. I dont like leaving bad reviews, but I feel compelled to warn other small businesses about my experience. My business partner and I spent $7k to go to a conference in July to learn from other injector leaders within the industry. Along with many business contact opportunities, the conference had several speakers attend pitching their business offerings. We liked what Digital Tulip presented and decided to hire the company to take my small Medspa to the next level. Bad idea. I had high hopes seeing their work and hired them with a $3k buy in and $900/monthly service fee, with the promise of getting deliverables along with growing and expanding within my geographical area. Fast forward to December after spending close to $8k on their services, I have zero new clients or even inquiries from their ads and I still had not received my deliverables. After repeated requests, I finally received them and they looked very basic and it was clear they were thrown together to get them to me quickly. They were not up to the standard they promised in any way, and when I expressed my frustrations and concerns, I was completely gas lit by the owner shifting the blame onto me. She said well you didnt want to do a zoom, ..weve never had a client respond like this..if you want to work with us, you have to act xyz as if it were my fault I was unhappy with their services and their over promise and under delivery. She sent a 6 paragraph email shifting the blame onto me rather than taking responsibility for her companys inferior performance. Completely unprofessional and childish. Not only is there a ridiculous buy in to start, I believe I became an afterthought once I declined spending another $3k on an icon they wanted me to purchase. They throw around big names to make you feel small then claim it takes months of brainstorming and creative thinking so they dont have to work within a time budget. What a fabrication just to get you to leave them alone for products you paid for. Ill tell you one thing that never came late, the monthly invoices. Those came right on time for subpar services I never received. Stay clear. Their prices alone could sink a small business.

We've provided a breakdown of the invoiced amounts to ensure transparency and accuracy in documenting our financial transactions with you. Total spend with Digital Tulip was $5,500, not $8,000. September: $1,750 Branding deposit + $800 social ad and + $150 director listing set up fee + $100 monthly + $800 social ad = $2,800October: $100 directory listing software + $800 social ad = $900November: $100 directory listing software + $800 social ad = $900December: $100 directory listing software + $800 social ad = $900 Total Paid: September- December: $5,500*We credited the final invoice for the brand in a good faith effort Timelines and Delays: We acknowledge the delays encountered during the project timeline.
