        I was pleased with the job Backup Plumbing did to clear my drains. Marcus was very thorough cleaning out the pipes. He was forthcoming with information regarding the process and the charge. Without being an alarmist he made a suggestion for a long-term fix. I will definitely call Backup Plumbing again when I need a plumber.

        We needed a new water heater after 12 years and decided to go with a tankless unit this time. They made the transition easy. They were on time, courteous, and professional. I feel the price for the labor involved for the job was fair. I think they did a quality job. Well pleased!
