Rest your road-weary bones at this quiet country setting. It's the nearest KOA to beautiful Kentucky Lake and its 2,380 miles of shoreline, offering endless fun, boating and fishing. Welcome to western Kentucky! Enjoy the beautiful rolling terrain, four major rivers and two large lakes with all the amenities. This KOA's location was chosen with the lakes in mind - and all the fun things to do in the area. Only 1.25 miles from I-24, this is the KOA closest to Kentucky Lake (2,380 miles of shoreline) and the entrance to Land Between The Lakes. You're just minutes away from several great golf courses, as well as antique shops and flea markets. Enjoy real Southern barbecue and some of the world's best catfish and hush puppies. Close by, Paducah has much to offer: The National Quilt Museum, Floodwall Murals, River Heritage Museum, LowerTown Arts District, Carson Four Rivers Center for performing arts (thecarsoncenter.org), bingo parlors and great restaurants. Started out as a one night stop, but our slide wouldnt retract. The folks recommended a mobile rv service that was phenomenal!!!
Since the repair service had to order a part, our one night turned into a 3 night stay. Level sites lots of trees, very quaint, friendly and accommodating staff.
The biggest bonus was having faith in the local mobile RV service to recommend them with hesitation.
Weve work camped across the US these past two years and other places just have a business card holder, there are the cards no recommendation. (No one wants to be responsible for a bad experience- I get it)
At the Paducah KOA, they brought me the business card and vouched for the quality of Austins work. THAT FOLKS is Customer Service. Its obvious the staff strive for top tier customer satisfaction.
If our travels bring us back this way, this is definitely our preferred stop.
