Firestone Complete Auto Care

I have used this Firestone location twice and have received good, timely service. This last visit was especially helpful, because I was going out of town and had a flat tire, the manager was able to work me in on short notice to replace all 4 tires, which I sorely needed. The Firestone Destination LE3 tires I got are a highly rated all-season tire that was lower price than any other comparable tire.

The only complaint I have is that I paid too much and the oil reset light had not been reset the bill was one hundred and eighty dollars for synthetic oil change and a engine air filter the lady at Martin dealership that reset the oil light said wow lol and asked how much I paid and I was told I could of paid 49 dollars for a synthetic oil change and 30 dollars for the air filter there at the dealership but I do like the guy there at Firestone that does the oil change and tires hes does a good job maybe next time I will be able too get a better price on some tires

Just wanted new tires put on sat in waiting room for 4 hours with no updates and when asked was given attitude. Will never use this company again.
