Great experience. I recommend making an appointment, otherwise you will wait a long time. My appointment was 8:45 and I was back in the road at 9:06!!!

You NEED an appointment. Otherwise you can wait up to 3 hours. The staff was very nice, even for a Monday.

They never answer the phone and need to have the email address on the profile or website. More training needs to given on the SB that was put into effect in April of 2023.

I had to get my license updated. I made both appointments for my fianc and I. I also want to point out that we have TOTALLY DIFFERENT NAMES. I waited an hour and a half and my fianc was called back. He went and came back 10 minutes later. I waited 15 more minutes and then had to ask why I wasnt called. I got the answer his name has a x2 beside it, you shouldve went with him. Nobody mentioned us going up together. Nobody wrote my name down. Nobody told us this is how it worked. I got attitude from the lady at the front desk. When I expressed how unhappy I was, having to wait TWO HOURS and being skipped over, a woman in the back was snickering and saying Im just not gonna say anything. You never have this much fun in the DMV. like its a huge joke. Absolutely disrespectful, they have no consideration for other peoples time.
