        I brought my daughter and 2 of her friends here in January. First of all they didnt have any paint. Most of the bottles were empty or dried up. I was highly disappointed since weve been here before and it wasnt like this. We still havent received the pieces they painted. I have called multiple times but no one answers the phone. I spent over 80 dollars this day. I understand the kilin was broken but they could at-least communicate with someone. Really disappointed

        They offer a great variety of pieces to paint. I had a great time painting with my friends and the staff is very nice and helpful.

        My daughter went there before Christmas to do a project with a friend and cant get them to answer the phone about picking up the items they made. Who knows if their items are still there! Total waste of time and money if they cant pick up the phone for customers to come pick up their items. We have called multiple times and no one ever answers the phone.

        I came in to paint pottery Oct. 6th, came back a little over 3 weeks later to pick up and let them know I hadnt gotten a text or any confirmation. I was told the kiln was broken and its the busy season so it would be another week or two. So I waited and called after about a month and left a message but no one got back to me. Recently Ive called 3 more times on different days with no answers. I finally had time to come in person today (as Im a busy college student) only to see they are closed for inventory until the 25th, the sign on the door was the only information. I still havent received anything confirming my piece is done and I also havent gotten any calls back after calling and leaving messages. This is really disappointing as I did enjoy the pottery and I paid money for the piece that I painted and would like to actually have it. Edit: pottery received March 27, 2024 was painted October 6, 2023

      You have not reached out to us. We firing pieces as fast as we can to catch up on our kiln being broken for over two months. We told everyone that painted during that our kiln was down and we were having it repaired and to anticipate a longer return time. No items are lost. Just trying to fire from the oldest to most recent. We are really trying our best and doing everything we can to catch up. Sorry your experience wasn’t better

      Thank you for your information and review. It has been posted on Facebook for the days that we were closed. When we have abbreviated hours I post them as well for that day. I realize as a busy college student you may not be able to check FB so I’m sorry if we added any additional stress to you. Normally, our turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks. But since our kiln has been broken for almost 4 weeks, we haven’t been able to turn over any pieces. We use the libraries kiln as we can, but that is merely a Band-Aid. We are just as frustrated as you are to not be able to turn around the product. We have had someone out three times to attempt to fix our kiln with no success. We will make sure to let you know as soon as possible when your piece is ready
