Legitimately took 20 minutes to deposit a check. If you go here, go through the car line. I watched 15 cars go through in the time it took me and one other person to get a check deposited. The line inside was literally out the door.

If zero stars were allowed that would be what Id give. Incompetence at its finest. I called asked what would be needed to cash a check. They told me. I give that what they ask, they proceed to basically call me a liar and call the business that wrote me the check. THE BUSINESS VERIFIED over the phone they wrote the check to me. They still wouldnt cash it after verbally agreement from the account owner that he wrote me the check. I loathe this place. Absolutely horrible customer service. The worst

Funds availability always delayed with check cashing, phone hold time is never under 10 minutes.

Ive withdrawn cash multiple times and every single time they try to NOT give me my own money. Ive been sitting in the drive through at the window for 27 minute just to withdraw my OWN hard earned money! What a JOKE

For the first time in my life, my card information was hacked somehow. Someone was spending hundreds of dollars of my wife and I's money two states away.
To PNC's credit, they did catch the issue and the fraud department called me fairly quick. My card was shut down and I was mailed a new one. I was also told by the fraud rep that I may also receive temporary access to amount of funds stolen from my account.
However, working with the representative at the bank did not give me much faith at all. I chose and trusted this bank to deposit my hard earned wages into, and I'm not feeling any care or sense of urgency regarding this fraud. This isn't a simple case where an "I'm sorry this is all we can do" is going to cut it.
It's clear that I made a purchase in my home state, and in the same day, someone was spending my money two states away.
My review may change depending on how this case is handled. That's hard earned money that my wife and I work for. I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau and other institutions related if this matter isn't handled appropriately, and with the urgency it deserves.
