Would be no stars if possible. Damaged my property, lied about it, never discussed issue directly with me, and charged my credit card for full amount for cleaning. When I complained accused me of harassment. I have never worked with a worse, more unprofessional company.

Be Amazed came yesterday and cleaned carpets and stairways for a home I have under contract. As always, they did a really great job, the carpets looked and smelled wonderful when they were finished. We needed our carpet cleaned and pet treatment for our carpet. My sister contacted be amazed and they responded quickly and in a timely manner. They were so nice and answered all our questions. They were able to schedule a time to come out. We got our guest bedroom, master bedroom, and hallway carpet cleaned. They explained the process and told us how long it would take. They did a great job. The carpet looks so much better and smells better. They even gave us a cleaning solutions to use when the carpet gets dirty again. I will definitely call them again in the future. Thank you so much!
