        PLEASE GO RENT ELSEWHERE. Only thing nice about this community is the fact that its park place. Management totally blows, in fact theyll do their best to make your life less pleasant. Management lies all the time. No on staff security, or maintenance. If anything happens you have to wait until the next business day. Plus nobody ever answers their phone. TAKE THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS WITH A GRAIN OF SALT

        Outstanding mgmt., wonderful residents, perfect place to take a stroll and consistently responsive & pleasant maintenance. When a problem arises, such as the prior trash company performing poorly, the mgmt worked hard to get us a better collection company. Mgmt was not to blame but they always understood the concerns & acted to remedy it! The discount at Park Place retail is an added bonus!

        The most and pleasant place to live, excellent staff, friendly neighbors, and so much to do and shop that I don't know why we didn't do this before. Thank you Brandon and Sara for your helpful and professional work that made our decision much easier, your quick responses and absolute, incredible ability to accomplish and accommodate our needs made our experience much better. 10 chocolate for everyone.
