McTelvin Heavy Duty Towing

Waited over two hours for a tow from Garden City, to Bolivar Mo. Tow was already paid for and the only thing was waiting on the driver to pick up. I was told they canceled. When I called their dispatch (mcTelvin) I was told towing companies dispatch, that they couldnt tell me why my service was cancelled that it was between them and my service provider. They wouldnt provide a reason for making us sit on the interstate for 2 hours and then cancelling. When talking to my service provider I was told the towing company tried to call me yet they did not. I was told they couldnt find the vehicle yet nobody ever called us like they said. Let alone called to inform us they couldnt find it and ask for coordinates. Im just thankful I was able to find a ride for myself and my 3 small children off the side of an interstate otherwise we would still be sitting there. Completely unacceptable. Service: Car towing
