They were very professional and polite. They gave an explanation of what they were doing, how the process worked which gave me a better understanding of it all.I really appreciated that and I appreciate the fact they answered my call and they showed up when they said they would. Most plumbers around won’t even answer the phone.

The service man was trying to run a con the price more than doubled in a few minutes the service man was supposed to be here for 3 hours and was only at the site for 30 minutes out of the 3 hours the lady who answered the phone was rude and the service man left with no shower fixed very unproAfessional this is how my shower was left. The technician was great, professional, and timely. The owner, Diane, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and will prevent ANY further use of their services from our family. I'm not sure how this company generates income with ownership such as hers. Absolutely ridiculous. We did not refuse to pay. She said she will just zero our account if "we do her a favor and never use them again." As if we would. Diane then proceeded to hang up on me. Your response is ignorant and incorrect Diane; do better. Your technician was there 5 minutes when my husband called you because they didn't have any idea about the replacement per warranty. He was never there for an hour. You're clearly confused. We we're going to just let your company do it, however, your horrible attitude led to the conversation regarding canceling the appointment. Thanks. Service: Boiler installation
