        My bunny had an emergency and Family Animal Care was able to fit him in the same day. They took utmost care inspecting him, diagnosing what was wrong, and prescribing medication. They were deeply sympathetic and took time to answer all my questions. I'm so grateful to them--if they hadn't been able to see my bunny I don't know what we would have done. Highly recommend!

        I unfortunately had to find out that they no longer provide 24 hour emergency services while my dogs airway was closing. A nightmare scenario unfolded and I was left without anyone in town to care for her due to the rest of the vets in the area requiring you to be an established client for their emergency care. This is not publicly stated, and was not mentioned when the facility changed from Pipestone to Family Animal. Please ensure you have a plan for emergency care to avoid losing your loved ones when they need you most.
