        Not very professional had a problem with our TV he would not listen would not let me talk he was saying we didn't have enough bandwidth to travel upstairs and we tried to explain to him how other tvs work and he just would not hear it VERY condescending said "it's not rocket science" I worked for geek squad for 5 years so I know alot of what he was saying was bulls**it. Would not recommend at all
