        Dennis was super helpful! I had a service issue which he had to call in for. He was super patient and was able to correct my service issue. His team was pleasant and had another solution lined up. Highly recommend!

        Awesome experience! I accompanied my mother to upgrade her phone. It was a busy Saturday morning but the two employees were handling it with grace. I want to thank Ray, for being such a kind person and for helping the process go smoothly. My mom had worried for months about getting a phone that will work and Ray welcomed us and answered every question. We both left feeling wonderful! My mom was elated that it was such a breeze and that she could stay with the same carrier. Excellent customer service, clean store, great vibe. It makes me want to switch to T-Mobile my self! Great stuff! A+.
