Hire A&N Professional Remodeling, LLC with extreme caution and do not pay anything in advance. We are very concerned that this company is doing the same to others that they did with us. Unfortunately, we paid this contractor in advance (deposit and supplies.) We signed a contract for the work. Essentially no work was ever completed, and we never received the supplies purchased. The woman representing the company missed or was late for all appointments for our projects. She initially communicated well, then became harder to reach and less responsive. We offered many different options to accommodate the work. It became evident that she was misleading us – over and over again. They refused to return our deposit and/or supplies. We have file a small claims case, reported them to the AG, BB and police. We are sharing to prevent this company from doing this to others.

**BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY** They sent 2 employees to our house who didn't know how to use a pressure washer or strip the deck (made multiple calls to their boss to ask how to do this job while they were here working), which is what they were there to do. Power washed maybe 5% of the deck (damaged the part they power washed), then left and never returned. The owner said they would fix the damage, but have made no attempts to do so. They will not answer phone messages, email or mail delivery. They cashed our $450 deposit check and won't communicate with us at all to resolve the issue. We've attempted to resolve the issue, reasonably with them multiple ways and they refuse to talk to us. Service: Deck painting
