The system is working great. The residents are happy with the channel lineup. The process was seamless. Cyndi Finley the Project Coordinator was awesome. She informed kept me informed on each step in the process. David Creel the tech was awesome. He made sure everything was working as it should before leaving. I appreciate the concern and care the facility received from Retirement Home TV.

Is it possible to give a negative star review? This company has been shady from the start. Getting unauthorized signatures and not doing a site evaluation prior to the contract. We have had so many problems since this company started. Residents haven't been able to watch important sports championship games. They weren't able to watch the super bowl!!! We have had so many complaints from the residents and families on a daily basis. We reached out to the owner for an explanation of what happened with the super bowl so we could explain to the residents and they haven't responded.

I can't say enough good things about this company. The service at our facility is awesome as well as the customer service that we have received so far. Kyle has always been wonderful through our transition process getting set up here and even calls periodically just to check in and see how things are going. When I call or email him, even if it is a question he can't answer, he always gets me to the right person who can!

If I could give this company a negative star I would. I own a senior living facility of 25 residents. From the start All the residents could not navigate the channels let alone find any channels that they were interested in , all our local channels are always under contract so we cannot view them. On one of the most important days of the year. Our local channel is under their contract and the residence cannot watch the Super Bowl. Ive called about this three times told me that they should watch it on the Nickelodeon channel Bikini bottom its a childs version of the Super Bowl how degrading. every time I call with a problem I get the same tech he is nasty , disrespectful and has no regard for our senior community. Do yourself a favor do not go with this company the only reason we had to go with a satellite company was because our local cable company is not taking large accounts anymore go with satellite TV please . Also, if something happens to your service, they have a guy from another state come and charge you an Arm and a leg to help fix it, Which is not our fault they dont have enough staff. please please please please do not use them
