Jason was over the top knowledgeable and helpful. I left my old service provider and that old provider made multiple mistakes that Jason corrected. This exhibited not only extreme patience but tact, coupled with poise. I recommend Jason and Cricket to anyone!!! 3-20-24, I was back in today with Irma who was amazing; knowledgeable, helpful, also 5 stars!! I thought I ruined my phone, water damage but another employee restored it, but I damage it. They navigated me through the least expensive options, as I requested. I would write a separate review, but Google doesn't like that, or I couldn't figure it out.

Im not one to write reviews at all or have a say in most things but Im writing one because what I experienced was absolutely ridiculous, and I am here just to warn others. I walk in the store and was greeted by a young gentleman and right off the bat was greeted with nothing but disrespect and straight unprofessionalism. Honestly I really could not believe someone could act like this while working but I ignored it, throughout my experience I was really confused and asked many questions but he mumbled a few words thats it. It was obvious he really did not care about anything and was just trying to get me to pay and get out the store. The total ended up being an insane amount of money than it shouldve been for the problem I came in for, but what can I say because I had already paid and he stated I will not get a refund even though he clearly knew this was not what I wanted. From this day on I will never come to Cricket ever again, please do something about your employees and think twice before just hiring anyone, because the more you hire people like the gentlemen I talked about Im sure nobody would want to be a customer. Anybody who is reading this take this as a warning and do not go.
