Bob and Brian was at the shop early so that they could get my vehicle alignment and Tie Rod done before 8 am. I would recommend everyone to use Midas for all their automotive needs.

This specific Midas location is a game changer. Honest, hard working, and knowledgeable people servicing here. Had to go here as my car died near by. They came and gave me a jump then serviced my old car. Set me up with a reasonable payment plan too. Few months later, my brakes shot out from my rear left wheel. Came back to get the broken brake system repairs as well as the other 3 since they were all on the verge of breaking(pun instended). This Midas had me squared away by the next morning (also went with the payment option). My car is loaded with issues that were have been aware of since day 1 but this location will definitely have my business. I am forgetting the gentleman who took care of us both times. Italian/irish looking fellow. Edit: 4-4-24 still 5 star! Had to bring our newer car in after having it serviced at Newbold Toyota. Toyota botched an oil change and left parts loose. Brought it in to Midas 3 days after the oil change. Bob, Brian, and Chris pinpointed the issue of loose and missing parts from the change. They got it all cleaned up and squared away. Love these guys!

I worked with Bob, and he provided NOT ONLY excellent customer service but exception education on the diagnosis and solution! I've lived in Fairview Heights my entire life, and I would recommend Midas to my friends and family! Bob, thank you again sir!
