        Everyone was so nice to me while I was there. They explained everything I needed to know about how they were going to patch my tire and why the cost was the amount it was. It was done very timely too!

        I have been going to Pep Boys on Milwaukee in Portage Park for years. I recently took my car to the dealership for service where an oil change took over 4 hours and the staff lied about why it was taking so long. I needed additional work and thought I would go back to what I knew to be good service and reasonably priced.
