The IRS has been impossible to get a hold of to get a problem straighten out . I walked in to Tax by the Books today to see if they could help and Misty straightened every thing out and walked me through the process . They were extremely helpful and basically simplified everything for me. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I will be having them prepare our taxes for the foreseeable future. We were walk-ins expecting a large wait time and a complicated process, but Misty had us in and out in 20 minutes with only a couple of questions. Absolutely would recommend their services.
