        Excellent service! Sherry Neff was super quick and very friendly and helpful! Edit: Im updating my review to reflect the current situation. Ive dropped it from 5 stars to 2 stars, because upon going in to finalize my return with my W2, I was served by a different person named Tre. I told him at the very beginning of my tax preparation that I needed to update my disbursement method, as the account that I normally use was no longer active. He said okay, no problem. And in his rush to get through everything, he finalized the return without updating it, causing the biggest headache Ive had to deal with EVER in filing my taxes. Ive had to spend HOURS on the phone between talking to Jackson Hewitts head office and district/regional managers (who told me that theres nothing they can do, because as soon as they submit to the IRS, its at a point of no return), American Express and Republic Bank. All of whom, aside from Republic Bank who seem to actually know what theyre doing, told me that its the other partys fault and I need to talk to them. Its a long story, but TL;DR: dont opt in to the Serve card they offer. Amex is a joke. And I think for the $800 filing fee, JH should have been a lot more willing to help fix their mistake. Ive been going through JH for 8 years, but I seriously doubt that I will be returning to file with these guys again.
