Ron runs a business doing taxes from his lovely home in Post Falls, his wife Lisa usually answers the phone and does the schedule during tax season---you cant beat this service for the price. I am biased, this is why. I knew a buddy that had a reliable tax guy and referred me to Ron's ACE tax service after my family relocated to N Idaho--we had out of state returns and Idaho returns plus Washington returns since we reside close to the state line. Ron and Lisa answered all my questions, quickly--all. year. long. I've been a customer of Ron's since 2005, and I dread the day he decides to throw in the towel as his tax advice has always been fair, sound and reliable. This family is example #91830 of small business success.

My husband has been a client for almost 25 years, all the sudden the LIE and say they aren't in business anymore and won't provide us services. Not only have we had our personal taxes done but our business taxes as well through them. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional. I have sent them clients and after that many years of loyalty this is how we are treated. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. It worked out for us because we found a much more professional company to handle our tax needs that will maximize our refunds. On multiple occasions I was also lied to about what was allowed to be expensed as a small business. I am actually grateful that we found a much better and more professional services. Save your time AND money, especially if you own a business. Ron will just screw you over some how!!!! Horrible service out of someone we were trying to be loyal to. This is NOT how you treat people in your own community. Especially in a time when people want to be help small business over big corporations!
