        Really simple, I placed my order online and pay for it. I drive to pick it up and its waiting for me when I arrive. The guy working the counter could have not kept me waiting for my order, but I could see he was busy. Otherwise, the whole process was fine.

        I ordered two pizzas and breadsticks for my sons birthday which was across the street at Northwest Softplay. I ordered at 12:20 and my ETA was 12:58-1:08. They didnt put it into the oven until 12:58. It went out for delivery around 1:10. It said 1 to 6 minutes away. After 10 minutes it hadnt been delivered and it said 6-12 minutes away. I called the store and was told I already sent that pizza out and I cant help if my delivery driver made stupid decisions. The pizza driver then called me and asked for directions. I had already entered the address and it was less than a one minute drive away from where we were. Our pizza was finally delivered at 1:33 with no apology and the delivery driver acting like my fault that he couldnt find me. Do. Not. Recommend.
