I haven't gone to my appointment yet but it would be nice to know what I'm supposed to do when I get there. I get mixed information from other people. There should be something telling you the process once you make the appointment. People have to miss work for these things. A little organization shouldn't be too hard.

They were quick, but the old hag that helped us was very rude and hostile. I would recommend not having her interact with people in person, horrible personality and ugly to boot.

Never in my life have I ever experienced a more disrespectful person. I don't recommend going to this office. We showed up at 7:35, and no one was in the building... I mean, no one. I was told to come back later as they were too busy. The red head at the 1st booth was so incredibly rude and plain old mean. Whoever her supervisor is needs to be aware of how she treats people. These are state workers, so ... we pay their wages. She needs to be fired. If I could leave a 0 star review I would.

Was a good experience. They were very helpful and nice. I really like the appointment set up. I looked everywhere for the requirements but couldn't find them, so here's what you need. If you are moving from out of state, you need your SS card AND your birth certificate, adoption papers, or passport. You also need (TWO) mail from a doctor's bill, bank statement, or other household bill to get the real ID. Also, you will need to take the written test for Idaho laws if you are moving from out of state.
