We've tried other contractors and finally found a business who does customer service very well. Thanks to Jordan and the guys we are now done with the master and guest bathrooms, and our new kitchen. They also redid our fireplace with new stone, mantel and shiplap. We received weekly reports that helped us plan ahead as we stayed in the house during the project. The guys were neat, very polite and helpful.

A big thanks is in order to Sticks and Stones Construction, Jordan, and all the crew involved! They did an excellent job with our kitchen and interior house remodel. The quality of work and finished product is top notch. We had a specific vision for the project, including design drawings, and they were able to implement the drawings and our preferences (some arising during the course of the project) to make sure we had a finished product to our satisfaction. The updated kitchen aspect included a relocated and updated island, custom countertops and splash (with pot filler), and new cabinetry with custom lighting, and more. It looks outstanding and is a far more functional and inviting space. The fully dimmable pendants and recessed-lighting throughout the kitchen and living area is a nice touch. One of my favorites is the custom stacked stone fireplace, with a floating mantel and recessed tv entertainment mount, which turned out amazing. They did a great job installing new flooring throughout, as well as new doors and trim, giving the entire interior a clean and uniform look. We also chose to source a variety of unique materials for the project for installation (not an issue) and Jordan sourced other materials. They were flexible in adjusting the scope of work for the project to accommodate additional work as the project was underway. Overall, we have high praise for Jordan, Forrest, and the whole team. They were hardworking, showed up on time, easy to communicate with, friendly and polite, and cared about getting the job done right. I enjoyed meeting and speaking with everyone working on the project, and if youre going to have a crew in your home for some time, youd be hard pressed to find people as good and trustworthy as they are. These guys are fantastic! We feel so grateful to have worked with Sticks and Stones on our home remodel. We came out of a messy unfinished remodel, Jordan and Forest took care of us and our home. From day one, these guys were professional and honest. When working through repairs and obstacles, if they didnt have a solution right then, they would take the time to give it more thought and reach out to other experts. This company is managed very professionally, they have all their subs dialed in, all communication was fast and clear. No waiting weeks or months for electricians, plumbers, etc. When it was time, the subs were at our home doing quality work. The few times we had a concern, Jordan would have the sub back over promptly without making us feel like an inconvenience. Sticks and Stones was respectful with our budget, understanding and gracious with the challenges we were facing with the project. Lastly, Ill mention that this company runs a clean crew of employees with integrity and pride in workmanship. We always felt our home and children were safe. Jordan does a great job with communication. He is proactive to inform me of the status of a job, what conditions they find and recommendations.
