Justin replaced the springs and fixed an issue that has been going on for months, that several other techs could not figure out. Door works great now. They will always be my first call.

A few years ago I received contact information for OHD Spokane-Coeur d'Alene, from a business associate of mine. I have received prompt and professional service for each service call that I have made. The other day I sent a work order to Thomas K. and he immediately responded "I'm on it". Thomas was on site and fixed the issue within 2 hours. That is perfect timing and a great example for going above and beyond. I couldn't have asked for a better service company. Thank you Thomas!!!

I accidentally ran into my shop door with a forklift & Overhead Door sent out Chris & Zach who both did an amazing job repairing everything & getting the door running again.

Excellent service from the office staff and installer. After four broken torquemaster springs over the past 17 years I decided it was time to convert to a reliable setup. Stopped by Overhead Door Company on may way to work and they offered a dependable "conversion" at a very reasonable price, including installation! I normally do all my own labor/installations but I would have been crazy to not accept their price and offer to have the work done the next day. Sure enough, the Installer called ahead, was on time and was done within 45 minutes. He also checked out all the other hardware, fixed a hinge issue he found, and cleaned up, leaving no trace. I wish more businesses in the trades industry offered this level of service and quality of product at reasonable prices. Well done Overhead Door Co.
