If it would let me leave zero stars I would. I went into this place today to try and figure out the Upgrade that is required for the 5G change over that is happening in February. I was told I could get the phone that is needed to keep service and i could change to the new one at the end of the month because the person who needed the phone wouldn't be here until the end of January. They literally canceled the phone and than blamed me that it was my fault that the phone was suspended. They told me I should go to Walmart and try and buy another one to "get buy". How does that make any sense? And instead of trying to at least help me fix the problem they caused! The manager (Amy) was so rude and said oh well you need to change phones anyway. We have been with Cricket for 10 plus years and I've never been treated so poorly ever. I will definitely be canceling our family plan here and let all my family and friends know the type of customer service this place has. Stay away from here!!!!
