I went in today to get a little flower arrangement for my daughter after surgery. I had a general idea what I wanted. She quickly put it together, it looked so pretty. And the price was very reasonable. I would definitely go there again!

Ordered over the phone for a dear friends funeral. Even going so far as to spell out what I wanted the card to say and the time of the service. Well into the viewing, the flowers had still not arrived. I called and was questioned whether I ordered online etc and she finally found my order (yes I was already charged for them so of course I had placed the order with a live person to boot) and then asked WHEN the service was. It was now about 20 minutes till the start of the funeral service. She stated, we will get them right there. After the service, I noticed they had snuck in a back door during the family prayer and closing of the casket and left them on the stage floor in the chapel. The card was supposed to say "Your buddies from Sultan's" instead it read, "your buddys Sulpan" This was after I spelled it out specifically!! I was highly disappointed in the customer service and how late the flowers arrived. They should have been there well before the viewing began. On a lighter note, the flowers were pretty.
