        You really cant see the reviews online. Ive looked. I imagine theyre blocked. For me the experience was a complete waste of money. They would say they prequalify the patients, but none of the patients showed. Ok, maybe 1 or 2 a month. The scheduled chair time lost from the no shows cut into other treatment that could have been done. I tried to address it with the Grillo brothers but it never was corrected. Nice guys. I liked them, thats why I gave them a shot. They just didnt perform. I hope they correct their algorithm.

      Hi Dr. Franklin, we were really sad to see this review from you as we liked you too. Out of 100's of clients, you are our first rating under 5 stars so we have no need to “block” other online reviews. It isn’t possible to do. We also haven’t worked with you in over 2 years so I’m not sure why after all this time you suddenly felt the need to leave us this review? Either way, back when we worked together, you gave us just a couple months and the lowest recommended ad budget of $1,000 and we had 10 people show up to their consults. You mention that you addressed your concern with us and it was never corrected but on Jan 3rd 2022 we presented you with several different solutions to which you never acknowledged. Since then we have worked diligently to make improvements to our service and now our average client sees a 75% show up rate to their consults. We genuinely care about the success of each one of our clients and would still love the opportunity to make something work for you!
