Instant Tax solutions helped me. I had a nightmare tax problem. I didn't file for three years while my mother was dying of Alzheimer's, my apartment got bed bugs and lost a job, so when i got on my feet and the IRS came calling i hired Rick & Eric and it was the right choice. First, they worked with me via payment, then after i had paid they didn't forget about me as my IRS issue took almost a year and a half to get sorted out and resolved. I got audited during the process and they helped and got the unavoidable "payment arrangement" down as low as possible, so i can live my life with honesty and dignity knowing i did what i had to to help my mom when she needed me and to honor my tax debt to my country. Lana is the best she really was the one that put in all the work and dealt with the headache of trying to get ahold of the IRS on the phone to get everything resolved for me. Instant tax went above and beyond to not only help me with the federal stuff but also state. They got me back on track and in good standings. For my line of work and working in different states all around the US that is no easy task.
