I love this restaurant. Only place that has slices of Avacado in the sauce in my experience. Journey is such a dear sweet young lady. Her assistant manager is a stand up young man.

I do not go to Qdoba and I now know that has been a wise omission. Restaurant looked closed, some lights and signage were off. Went in and found a disgusting, poorly maintained restroom. Not a great sign. Empty restaurant but most tables had not been wiped down. Restaurant was super cold. As it turned out, the same could be said for the meat on our three taco plates. So we each had three street taco sized tacos with cold meat (no sides and a very small amount of food, certainly not a meal). Taste was ok. The six tacos, along with two of their smallest fountain drinks, and a 2.50 tip (machine asks for it, which I despise, but service was friendly) was 31.78. Now I know why the place is empty. My guess is that this restaurant won't be around for too much longer as it looked and felt like it was on its last leg and their are lots of fast casual options where you can get much more for your money. Tried to go back since it's been a while, new review: We wanted a salad and they started making it without telling us there were no taco shell bowls. We had to ask and he said they were out. They were also out of guacamole and picked onions. Almost out of corn salsa. Yet we were not offered any discount. The whole place and restrooms were disgusting. Almost all tables were dirty. The chicken looked horrible. Felt sick after eating and the next day. This is not the first bad experience here. Most likely will not return ever. old review: I don't think I will be returning after this visit. The line was super long but I stayed and ordered my food and heard the man telling each person that guacamole is an extra charge now. It was my turn and he asked if I wanted guacamole and I asked how much extra to find out it's $1.45. This is insane to charge this much for guacamole on a bowl, not even an entire side. It's already almost $9 for a bowl and then to add this charge is ridiculous. That was one of the things I liked before was everything on the line is included. They were also out of cooked peppers and started cooking some after someone wanted them before me, not when they ran out. I asked how long and they said 5 minutes and they could bring some out if I was still there and they never brought any. I made a comment to the cashier who looked like he was 15 that I was not happy about the guacamole charge and them being out of cooked peppers and he just looked down and didn't say a word. So bad service on top of the prices being raised. So sad. Many people are going to feel the same I'm sure. Horrible idea that will hurt business in the end to charge $1.45 for a scoop of guacamole.
